Installation of 10 kVA solar power system at Wau Civic Engagement Center founded by VISTA, a US aid program

Scope of work

This photovoltaic system (PV) comprises a 10 kWp PV panel array with panel racking on the roof, a 2 V latest technology and maintenance free battery technology in a 48V system with a 10 kVA inverter charger and MPPT Charge regulator. The CCGX offered by Victron is a powerful tool for the remote monitoring for monitoring which was selected for this installation. The PV system is connected to a generator as a backup. The generator is switched on automatically when the battery storage is below a certain capacity and switched off after the battery is re-charged or as soon as solar power is available again

• Monitoring system with cabling including Battery Monitor BMV 700, Corol Contol GX device
• Surge arrestor/surge protection device for DC and AC circuits
